What Is Dream Dance?
Dream Dance – Envision Decompression is a 7-day co-creative co-working festival for creators, leaders, and visionaries who want meaningful, productive time to move their projects and dreams forward, while living in the balance between focused individual work and inspiring community.
This is not a commercial festival.
There is no stage and no audience - only participants.
Dream Dance is a collaborative container where everyone is invited to contribute their gifts, workshops, ideas, and talents. If you teach, you can offer. If you create, you can share. If you hold space, you can lead. If you are exploring, you can experiment.
Through immersive afternoon sessions, you will explore music and sound for clarity, dance and embodied movement to unlock creativity, art and play as portals to insight, and Non-Violent Communication (NVC) to strengthen collaboration and conscious leadership, all while actively working on your own project, vision, or next chapter.
We gather not to consume an experience, but to co-create one, and to build what truly matters, together.

As the co-steward of Finca Solantis and creator of Wholy Coffee, a raw & sun-dried coffee grown on her farm, Lila weaves earth-based wisdom, nourishment, and regeneration into every experience she curates.
Lila is the founder of Soulutions.Earth, an innovative fundraising platform for impact projects, and guide at the UP Game, a documentary series, which inspires immersive, gamified retreats to co-envision a thriving future.
Through the IKIGAI Workshop, she guides individuals to connect to their deepest sense of purpose and guide actionable blueprints to bring their visions to life.

Andrea Andrea Núñez is an Ecstatic Dance facilitator based in Guatemala, known for her grounding presence and her ability to guide transformative, heart-opening movement experiences. Through carefully curated music journeys and embodied practices, she supports participants in reconnecting with their bodies.

GLATT
Alejandro Glatt is a Mexican artist who merges art, technology, and nature to expand the limits of imagination. In 2024, he became the first Mexican artist to send a papaya to the Moon, and his work has been exhibited at the Louvre Museum in Paris. His practice transforms an everyday symbol into a global statement about identity, creativity, and possibility.

Held at Finca Solantis in Santa María de Dota, nestled at 2,000 meters elevation among rolling hills and pristine mountain air, Dream Dance invites you to slow down and listen — to the land, to your body, to your inner voice.
